Scheduling Content
Scheduling content can be as wonderfully helpful as meal prepping. But it means you’ll need to dedicate some time to having your social content organised. If you decide it’s a worthwhile endeavour, then there are PLENTY of apps that can help you schedule across all platforms. A lot of them require a subscription, including my fan favourite - Canva. But, if that’s not your style, never fear, because a lot of platforms have their own free scheduling options.
Like Instagram. You can schedule directly through Instagrams ‘Advanced Settings’. Advanced settings also has options to switch off ‘likes’ which can be helpful if those numbers make you uneasy, and you want to focus on authentic content, over ‘most popular’.
If you are scheduling, do you know when you want to post? You can use the Professional Dashboard to find out when your audience is most active. By scheduling your content during these times, there is more chance of your posts being seeing and gaining momentum. However, this is no hard or fast rule, and if you prefer to schedule your content at other times because it fits into your schedule better, or it just feels right - then one hundred percent - do you.
